Dan Andrews moved to the Phoenix area in 1998 from Wisconsin and is married with a child on the way. He is a former project manager in the commercial construction industry and has a Finance degree from Arizona State University. Dan has worked in the mortgage industry for a major national bank where he was licensed and completed loans in all 50 states.

Dan specializes in Short Sale Listings and Bank Owned properties and is Short Sale and Foreclosure Certified (SFR) by the National Association of Realtors. His experience in mortgage banking helped him negotiate and sell over 50 properties in 2009. He has successfully helped distressed Sellers, real estate investors, loyal customers and first time homeowners buy and sell real estate.
